• Avantouinti – is the Finnish tradition of ice swimming. After sauna, many Finns jump into a frozen lake through a carved hole. Its gives a good shock to the body that boosts the mood and circulation.
• Saunatonttu – refered to as the sauna guardian/elf that is known to watch over the sauna. A playful reminder of sauna folklore and respect for the space.
